Phase 2, randomised, open-label trial of dupilumab in eosinophilic esophagitis (EoE) (2 arms), sponsored by University of Colorado Denver. Primary endpoints: Esophageal Lumen Distensibility at 16 weeks and Reduction of epithelial eosinophilia to < 15 eos/hpf at 16 weeks. Started Dec 2024; status: recruiting.
