Who it enrols
Adults aged 18 to <70 with Long COVID experiencing fatigue and neurocognitive impairment for at least 3 months, with specific PROMIS score thresholds, excluding those with recent COVID-19 infection, severe psychiatric/neurologic conditions, or significant cardiovascular/respiratory diseases.
