Who it enrols
Adult patients presenting to the ED with active, spontaneous epistaxis (anterior or posterior identified a priori) are eligible. Patients with bleeding disorders, recent sinonasal surgery, or significant comorbidities are excluded.

Cessation of epistaxis

Time to cessation of epistaxis
Pain of the treatment
Total time in the Emergency Department
Number of participants who returned to the Emergency Department for treatment of epistaxis
