Overview
Phase 4, randomised, double-blind trial of netarsudil + latanoprost in primary open-angle glaucoma (POAG), sponsored by Center For Sight. Primary endpoint: Mean diurnal intraocular pressure change from baseline at 5 weeks. Planned start Jul 2025; status: not yet recruiting.

Who it enrols
Patients aged 40+ with mild to moderate open angle glaucoma who have had Hydrus microstent and cataract surgery within the last 2 years and have an unmedicated IOP between 16-26 mmHg.

Primary
Mean diurnal intraocular pressure change from baseline
Secondary
Diurnal intraocular pressure change from baseline at 8am, 10am, 4pm
