Overview
Phase 2, randomised, open-label trial of camrelizumab in triple-negative breast cancer (TNBC), sponsored by N.N. Blokhin Russian Cancer Research Center. Primary endpoint: Pathologic Complete Response at 20 weeks. Planned start Aug 2025; status: not yet recruiting.

Neoadjuvant Chemotherapy + Camrelizumab
ddAC followed by Paclitaxel/Carboplatin with concurrent Camrelizumab

Who it enrols
Female patients aged 18-65 with previously untreated, non-metastatic TNBC (T3-4NanyM0 or TanyN+M0) and adequate organ function.
