Overview
Phase 4, randomised, open-label trial of mepolizumab and dupilumab in chronic rhinosinusitis with nasal polyps (CRSwNP) (2 arms), sponsored by Rigshospitalet. Primary endpoint: Percentage of patients achieving sustained partly controlled disease after tapering of biologics for CRSwNP at 52 weeks. Started Jun 2025; status: recruiting.
