Overview
Randomised trial in psoriatic arthritis (PsA), obesity and Overweight comparing Tirzepatide group, Ixekizumab group and Combined tirzepatide and ixekizumab (3 arms). Primary endpoint: Correlation of molecular changes in biopsies (skin, synovial and adipose) with weight loss at 12 weeks. Started Mar 2026; status: recruiting.
