Overview
Phase 4, randomised, double-blind trial of liquid metformin (Aspargo Labs) in plaque psoriasis (2 arms). Primary endpoints: Proportion of Participants Achieving >=75% Improvement in Psoriasis Area and Severity Index at 24 weeks and Proportion of Participants Achieving Investigator's Global Assessment Score of 0 or 1 at 24 weeks. Who it enrols
Overweight or obese adults with moderate-to-severe chronic plaque psoriasis uncontrolled by topical, phototherapy, or prior systemic therapy, excluding those with recent use of certain biologics or systemic treatments, active infections, or history of malignancy.
