Participants continue to receive subcutaneous injection of NNC0487-0111 once weekly.
Placebo
Participants receive subcutaneous injection of placebo matched to NNC0487-0111 once weekly.

Who it enrols
Adults with obesity, without a history of type 1 or type 2 diabetes, and with HbA1c < 6.5%. Participants must not have received prior treatment with GLP-1 receptor agonists, dual GLP-1/GIP receptor agonists, or amylin analogues.
