Overview
Phase 1, randomised, single-blind trial in alcohol use disorder (AUD) comparing Tirzepatide First with Placebo First (2 arms). Primary endpoints: Reproducibility of striatal dopamine (DA) measures in response to iv methylphenidate at 60 days, Effects of Tirzepatide on striatal dopamine D1R and D2R availability at 90 days and 2 more.
