Overview
Phase 2, open-label, single-arm trial of retlirafusp alfa in adenocarcinoma of the esophagogastric junction (AEG), sponsored by The Fourth Hospital of Hebei Medical University. Primary endpoints: Pathological Complete Response at 1 year and R0 resection rate at 1 year. Planned start Jun 2026; status: not yet recruiting.

Who it enrols
Adults aged 18-75 with locally advanced resectable Siewert Type II adenocarcinoma of the gastroesophageal junction (cT3-4aN1-3M0), low/moderate/no HER2 expression, ECOG 0-1, adequate organ function, and no prior checkpoint inhibitor therapy.
