Experimental
SBRT followed by QL1706 + CAPOX + bevacizumab, then surgery, then adjuvant therapy.

Who it enrols

Adults aged 18-70 with ECOG 0-1, histologically confirmed colon adenocarcinoma with liver-only metastases, MSS/pMMR, no prior local or systemic therapy for liver metastases, adequate organ function.
