Adebrelimab Treatment
Patients receive SCRT followed by neoadjuvant chemoimmunotherapy, surgery, adjuvant chemoimmunotherapy, and maintenance immunotherapy.

Who it enrols
Female patients aged 18-80 with newly diagnosed, histologically confirmed locally advanced cervical cancer (stage IB3-IIA2 or IIIA without parametrial invasion), ECOG 0-1, and no prior treatment for LACC.
