Dose escalation and expansion of SG1827 in combination with anti-PD-1/PD-L1 antibody (Part A) and bevacizumab (Part B)

Who it enrols
Adults with unresectable locally advanced or metastatic solid tumors, ECOG 0-1, life expectancy >=3 months, who have progressed on or are intolerant to prior systemic therapy (for dose escalation). Excludes patients with active CNS metastases, prior CTLA-4/CD28 therapy, active autoimmune disease, or active infections.
