Overview
Phase 4, randomised, open-label trial of methotrexate, prednisone, 5-aminosalicylic acid + sulphasalazine, hydroxychloroquine and adalimumab in rheumatoid arthritis (RA) and undifferentiated arthritis (UA) (3 arms), sponsored by Leiden University Medical Center. Primary endpoints: Remission at 4 months, Remission at 1 year and 2 more. Started Mar 2007; status: active, not recruiting.
