Overview
Phase 4, randomised, double-blind trial in psoriatic arthritis (PsA) and psoriasis comparing Adalimumab then open-label adalimumab with Placebo then open-label adalimumab (2 arms). Primary endpoints: Change in cellular infiltrate in skin and synovium and Change in cytokine expression in skin and synovium. Started Feb 2006; status: active, not recruiting.
