Overview
Phase 3, randomised, open-label trial of etoposide, ruxolitinib, blinatumomab and corticosteroids in acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL) and graft-versus-host disease (GVHD) (10 arms), sponsored by Ospedale Pediatrico Bambino Gesù. Primary endpoints: Event-free survival at 4 years, Overall response rate at Day 28 and 4 more. Planned start Oct 2025; status: not yet recruiting.
