ABP-150

ABP-150 is a bispecific T-cell engager (BiTE) antibody being developed by Abpro in collaboration with Nanjing Chia Tai Tianqing Pharmaceutical (NJCTTQ) for the treatment of gastric cancer. Utilizing Abpro's proprietary TetraBi platform, ABP-150 is designed to bind bivalently to Claudin 18.2 (CLDN18.2) on tumor cells and to the CD3 antigen on cytotoxic T cells. This dual binding brings T cells into close proximity with Claudin 18.2-expressing gastric cancer cells, triggering T-cell activation and subsequent tumor cell lysis. Claudin 18.2 is a highly selective target due to its restricted expression in gastric tissue. ABP-150 is currently in preclinical development and has shown efficacy in various in vitro and in vivo tumor models.
