Acrixolimab (YBL-006) is a monoclonal antibody developed by Y Biologics that targets LIGHT (Tumor Necrosis Factor Ligand Superfamily Member 14, TNFSF14). LIGHT is a pro-inflammatory cytokine that plays a significant role in the regulation of immune responses and is implicated in the pathogenesis of various inflammatory and autoimmune conditions. By binding to LIGHT, acrixolimab is intended to modulate immune activity and reduce inflammation.
