Drug intelligence / Profile preview
ADG106 + nivolumab is a combination therapy consisting of ADG106, an anti-CD137 (4-1BB) agonist antibody, and nivolumab, an anti-PD-1 antibody. This combination is being investigated for its potential to overcome resistance to anti-PD-1 therapy in advanced non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) patients who have progressed on prior therapies. The combination works through two independent, complementary pathways to provide synergistic T-cell stimulation. ADG106 exhibits promising results in preclinical studies, demonstrating tumor suppression in various animal models with a balanced profile between safety and efficacy. Nivolumab is an established immune checkpoint inhibitor that blocks the PD-1 pathway.
