**ANM-NPs@T-Ag** is an experimental nanoparticle-based therapeutic cancer vaccine developed at Nankai University. It combines whole-cell tumor antigen with biomimetic asparagine-N-acetylglucosamine-mannose-derived carbon nanopolymers designed to mimic yeast-surface glycan side chains. The mannose-containing nanoparticle adjuvant targets dendritic-cell mannose receptors, promotes lectin-pathway complement activation and complement opsonization, and enhances tumor-antigen uptake and presentation, including increased MHC class II, CD80, and CD86 expression. In murine H22-LUC hepatoma and B16-F10-LUC melanoma models, the vaccine induced cellular and humoral antitumor immunity, increased tumor-specific IgG, inhibited tumor growth, and enhanced the activity of anti-PD-1 therapy.
