Overview
ATL-RIC is a multi-drug reduced-intensity conditioning (RIC) regimen developed by the National Cancer Institute (NCI) for patients with peripheral T-cell lymphoma (PTCL) or adult T-cell leukemia/lymphoma (ATL) undergoing allogeneic hematopoietic cell transplantation. The regimen is designed to provide potent lymphodepletion and cytoreduction while minimizing transplant-related toxicity. It consists of equine anti-thymocyte globulin (e-ATG), pentostatin, low-dose cyclophosphamide, busulfan, filgrastim, ruxolitinib, and zidovudine. This combination targets T-cells, DNA replication, JAK/STAT signaling, and viral reverse transcription, providing a comprehensive preparatory environment for stem cell engraftment in aggressive T-cell malignancies.
