Drug intelligence / Profile preview
**CTH-601** is a preclinical, off-the-shelf induced pluripotent stem cell-derived CAR-NK cell therapy developed by Cartherics for ovarian cancer and endometriosis. The engineered NK cells express a chimeric antigen receptor directed against tumor-associated glycoprotein 72, enabling recognition and cytotoxic elimination of TAG-72-expressing cells. Cartherics lists the program as preclinical, with a planned pre-IND milestone in 2027.
