Debio 0617

Debio 0617 (also known as Debio 0617B) is a first-in-class, small molecule multi-kinase inhibitor developed by Debiopharm Group in collaboration with Aurigene Discovery Technologies. It is designed to target multiple kinases upstream of the STAT3 and STAT5 signaling pathways, including Janus kinases (JAK), SRC, ABL, and class III/V receptor tyrosine kinases. By inhibiting these upstream mediators, Debio 0617 prevents the phosphorylation and subsequent activation of STAT3 and STAT5, which are key drivers in the progression of various cancers. The compound was generated using Aurigene's fragment-based drug delivery technology platform and has been investigated for the treatment of solid tumors, such as non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC), and hematological malignancies, including acute myeloid leukemia (AML).
