Drug intelligence / Profile preview
ERI-0206 is a preclinical-stage chimeric antigen receptor (CAR) T-cell therapy developed by Novatium in collaboration with Factor Bioscience. This therapy is engineered to dual-target the CD5 and CD52 antigens, which are associated with renal cell carcinoma (RCC). The dual-targeting strategy is intended to enhance the specificity and potency of the T-cell response against solid tumors, potentially reducing the risk of antigen escape. The program utilizes Factor Bioscience's cell-engineering technologies to create a targeted immunotherapy for patients with renal cell carcinoma.
