Drug intelligence / Profile preview
LR004 is a recombinant monoclonal antibody targeting the epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR), developed by Shenzhen Longrui Pharmaceutical. It is designed to treat advanced solid tumors by binding to the extracellular domain of EGFR, thereby inhibiting ligand binding and subsequent downstream signaling pathways (such as MAPK and PI3K/Akt) that promote tumor cell proliferation, survival, and metastasis. It has been investigated in Phase 1 clinical trials in China to evaluate its safety, tolerability, and pharmacokinetics in patients with advanced malignancies.
