MTX114 is a topical pan-Janus kinase (JAK) inhibitor developed by Metis Therapeutics for the treatment of atopic dermatitis. It was discovered and optimized using the company's proprietary AiTEM (AI-driven Tissue-specific Enhancement of Molecules) platform, which leverages artificial intelligence to enhance the delivery and retention of the drug within the skin.
