NBI02 is an investigational chimeric antigen receptor T-cell (CAR-T) therapy being developed by Noile-Immune Biotech for the treatment of solid tumors, specifically those expressing Glypican-3 (GPC3), such as hepatocellular carcinoma. The therapy utilizes the proprietary PRIME (Proliferation-inducing and migration-enhancing) technology, which engineers CAR-T cells to co-express Interleukin-7 (IL-7) and Chemokine (C-C motif) ligand 19 (CCL19). This dual-expression system is designed to improve the proliferation and survival of the CAR-T cells while simultaneously promoting the infiltration of endogenous T cells and dendritic cells into the tumor microenvironment. By addressing the challenges of poor infiltration and immunosuppression in solid tumors, NBI02 aims to provide a more robust and durable anti-tumor response compared to conventional CAR-T therapies.
