Drug intelligence / Profile preview
NDI-031301 is a selective small-molecule inhibitor of Tyrosine Kinase 2 (TYK2) being developed by Nimbus Therapeutics. Currently in the preclinical stage, it is specifically being investigated for the treatment of T-cell Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia (T-ALL). TYK2 is a member of the Janus kinase (JAK) family that mediates signaling for various cytokines, including IL-12, IL-23, and Type I interferons. In the context of T-ALL, NDI-031301 is designed to selectively target TYK2 to inhibit the downstream signaling pathways that contribute to the survival and proliferation of malignant T-cells, potentially providing a more targeted and less toxic alternative to conventional chemotherapy.
