Drug intelligence / Profile preview
This is a combination therapy consisting of three agents:\n\n1. Tusamitamab ravtansine (SAR408701): An antibody-drug conjugate targeting CEACAM5 (carcinoembryonic antigen-related cell adhesion molecule 5), which is expressed in non-squamous non-small cell lung cancer (NSQ NSCLC).\n\n2. Ramucirumab: A monoclonal antibody that selectively targets VEGFR2 (vascular endothelial growth factor receptor 2), inhibiting angiogenesis.\n\n3. Pembrolizumab: A PD-1 (programmed death-1) inhibitor that enhances T-cell immune responses against tumor cells.\n\nThis triple combination is being investigated for the treatment of advanced non-squamous non-small cell lung cancer (NSQ NSCLC), particularly in patients with CEACAM5-positive tumors.
