Ruxolitinib + chemotherapy is an investigational combination regimen involving ruxolitinib, a selective oral inhibitor of Janus kinase 1 (JAK1) and Janus kinase 2 (JAK2), used together with conventional cytotoxic chemotherapy agents. Ruxolitinib acts by inhibiting the JAK/STAT signaling pathway, which is implicated in tumor cell proliferation, survival, and chemotherapy resistance.
