tofacitinib + R-ICE

Tofacitinib + R-ICE is a combination therapy consisting of tofacitinib, an oral small molecule Janus kinase (JAK) inhibitor, and the R-ICE chemotherapy regimen. Tofacitinib inhibits JAK1 and JAK3, interfering with the JAK-STAT signaling pathway involved in immune cell function and cytokine-mediated inflammation.
