Overview

TQ05105 + TQB3909 is an oral combination therapy under investigation for the treatment of myelofibrosis. TQ05105 is a small molecule Janus kinase 1 (JAK1) and Janus kinase 2 (JAK2) inhibitor, while TQB3909 is a small molecule that selectively inhibits the B-cell lymphoma-2 (BCL-2) protein. Both compounds target critical pathways involved in the pathogenesis of myelofibrosis: JAK1/2 for cytokine signaling and hematopoiesis, and BCL-2 for apoptosis regulation. TQ05105 also exhibits inhibitory activity against Rho-associated protein kinase 1 (ROCK1) and possibly ROCK2. The combination is being tested in a phase 1/2 open-label, multi-center clinical trial for efficacy and safety in moderate or high-risk myelofibrosis patients, including those resistant or naïve to JAK inhibitor therapy.
