Phase 2, open-label, single-arm trial of IMM2510 and IMM27M in hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC), sponsored by ImmuneOnco. Primary endpoint: Objective Response Rate up to 2 years. Planned start Jul 2026; status: not yet recruiting.

IMM2510 + IMM27M
Participants will receive IMM2510 20.0 mg/kg (Q2W) and IMM27M 1.0 mg/kg (Q8W) intravenously.

Who it enrols
Adults aged 18-75 with histologically or cytologically confirmed advanced hepatocellular carcinoma who have not received prior treatment for aHCC, with an ECOG performance status of 0-1 and adequate organ function. Patients are excluded if they have a history of other malignancies within the past 5 years, received systemic chemotherapy within 4 weeks, have active brain metastases, a history of hepatic encephalopathy, or uncontrolled active systemic infections.
