**67Ga-ttTMZ** is an investigational, tumor-targeted radiochemotherapeutic drug conjugate being developed for somatostatin receptor subtype 2-positive neuroendocrine tumors. It consists of tumor-targeted temozolomide conjugated to the Auger-electron-emitting radionuclide gallium-67. The construct is designed to preferentially localize to SSTR2-positive tumors, where temozolomide-mediated DNA alkylation and localized gallium-67 Auger radiation cooperate to induce DNA damage and apoptosis. Publicly available records identify UTHealth Houston as the originator and classify the program as preclinical for neuroendocrine tumors.
