Alemtuzumab is a humanized monoclonal antibody that targets CD52, causing profound lymphocyte depletion followed by repopulation with a regulatory bias. Mitoxantrone is an antineoplastic agent. Natalizumab is a monoclonal antibody that inhibits leukocyte migration. Ocrelizumab targets CD20-positive B cells. Rituximab is an anti-CD20 monoclonal antibody that depletes B cells.
