amisulpride + cyclophosphamide + paroxetine + prednisone

This is a combination of four pharmaceutical agents, each with distinct mechanisms and primary indications:

• Amisulpride is an atypical antipsychotic and antiemetic that acts as a selective dopamine D2 and D3 receptor antagonist. It is used primarily for the treatment of schizophrenia (acute and chronic) and for the prevention/treatment of postoperative nausea and vomiting. Amisulpride preferentially targets dopamine receptors in the limbic system, reducing both positive and negative symptoms of schizophrenia while minimizing extrapyramidal side effects.

• Cyclophosphamide is an alkylating agent used mainly as a chemotherapeutic drug in various cancers (such as lymphomas, leukemias, breast cancer) and as an immunosuppressant in autoimmune diseases. It works by cross-linking DNA strands to inhibit cell replication.

• Paroxetine is a selective serotonin reuptake inhibitor (SSRI) antidepressant indicated for major depressive disorder, anxiety disorders, obsessive-compulsive disorder, panic disorder, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), among others. It increases synaptic serotonin levels by inhibiting its reuptake into presynaptic neurons.

• Prednisone is a synthetic glucocorticoid corticosteroid with potent anti-inflammatory and immunosuppressive properties. It is widely used to treat inflammatory conditions such as asthma, rheumatoid arthritis, allergic reactions, certain cancers (as part of chemotherapy regimens), autoimmune diseases, among others.
