cerdulatinib + rituximab

Cerdulatinib + rituximab is an investigational oral combination therapy for relapsed/refractory follicular lymphoma and other B-cell malignancies. Cerdulatinib is a reversible, ATP-competitive small molecule that inhibits spleen tyrosine kinase (SYK) and the Janus kinase (JAK) family members (JAK1, JAK2, JAK3, TYK2), thereby blocking B-cell receptor (BCR) and cytokine-mediated survival signaling[1][3]. Rituximab is a monoclonal antibody targeting CD20, leading to B-cell depletion. The combination aims to enhance anti-tumor activity by simultaneous inhibition of BCR- and JAK/STAT-mediated pro-survival pathways and immune cell-mediated cytotoxicity. Early-phase clinical results show that the combination yields higher overall response rates than cerdulatinib alone and a manageable safety profile in relapsed/refractory follicular lymphoma patients[1][3].
