Melatonin + mesalazine is a combination therapy involving melatonin, an endogenous hormone with immunomodulatory and anti-inflammatory properties, and mesalazine (also known as mesalamine), an aminosalicylate anti-inflammatory drug primarily used to treat ulcerative colitis.
