T-sphaera

T-sphaera is a next-generation multi-target immune checkpoint inhibitor platform developed by Cellemedy. It is designed to create human protein-based therapeutics that simultaneously target multiple immune checkpoints and tumor receptors, aiming to provide high efficacy regardless of PD-L1 expression levels. The platform utilizes biologically active domains to achieve high avidity and inherently possesses a cancer-T cell engaging effect. Preclinical studies presented at AACR 2025 demonstrated that T-sphaera-based compounds exhibit target-specific cytotoxicity against melanoma cell lines and are well tolerated in non-human toxicity studies. In vivo models have shown rapid and durable anti-tumor responses through the engagement of T cells and NK cells following single-dose administration.
