It is used to treat various infections including respiratory tract, urinary tract, skin, and soft tissue infections[3][5]. - **Prednisone** is a synthetic glucocorticoid corticosteroid with anti-inflammatory and immunosuppressive properties. It modulates gene expression after binding to the glucocorticoid receptor. - **Propranolol** is a non-selective beta adrenergic antagonist (beta blocker) that reduces heart rate, myocardial contractility, blood pressure, and has antiarrhythmic effects[6][7][9]. - **Ramipril** is an angiotensin-converting enzyme (ACE) inhibitor used for hypertension and heart failure; it blocks the conversion of angiotensin I to angiotensin II. - **Thiamazole (also known as methimazole)** is an antithyroid agent that inhibits thyroid hormone synthesis by blocking the oxidation of iodine in the thyroid gland. This combination does not correspond to any approved fixed-dose product or unique brand name; it represents concurrent use of these drugs.
