Overview

AP03 is Avalyn Pharma's preclinical inhaled fixed-dose combination of **nintedanib + pirfenidone** for pulmonary fibrosis. It is designed for aerosolized lung delivery to combine pirfenidone's antifibrotic and anti-inflammatory activity with nintedanib's inhibition of profibrotic receptor tyrosine kinase signaling, while aiming to reduce the systemic tolerability limitations associated with combining the oral medicines.
